Easily prepare a meal or two with our fully stocked kitchen, oven, and stove. All guests have access to the following aspects of the property: lobby, fitness room, grills, courtyards, game room, and private office space (first come first serve basis). We would love to Welcome guests who book our apartment in the same day of their arrival, but please be aware that your check-in may be a bit delayed (to as late at 7pm) as we rush to prepare your unit for your arrival. Guests who booked more than 24 hours in advance will be able to check in by 4pm. We provide all our guests with a starter kit with consumables such as toilet paper, paper, towels, laundry, pods, dishwasher, pods, etc. Unlike hotels with daily housekeeping services, we are not able to restock consumables beyond the items offered in the starter kit during your stay. All of our properties are located close to many major stores, so please feel free to purchase any additional consumables that you think you might need during your stay beyond what’s included in the starter kit. The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean the gym, and other shared amenities as they see fit at any time. Please be aware. Other things to note: *$500 smoking fee * $250-$500 fee, if any parties are thrown. Any noise complaints from neighbors and if noise continues there will be a $250-$500 fee. (any result/evidence of smoking or event parties will result a fee).
