PLEASE NOTE: Please read all the information about the holiday cottage carefully before making a booking. ***CHRISTMAS SPECIAL OFFER, 23–27 December 2026 – the holiday cottage is transformed into a festive haven*** The space The cottage is a barn that we have chosen to preserve as much as possible in its original spirit. A lively place, designed for getting together, sharing, slowing down and enjoying the simple pleasures of life. Nature is ever-present and we aim to consume sensibly, out of respect for the property and its surroundings. The holiday cottage can accommodate up to 11 people and features: - 4 bedrooms with a total of 9 beds upstairs (single beds) and a double sofa bed (sleeps 2) on the ground floor. - Bathroom facilities comprising 2 washbasins, 2 showers and 2 dry toilets (instructions provided on arrival). Toiletries are included as they are biodegradable (towels not provided). -Open-plan kitchen area -A cosy and welcoming living room. -Outdoor areas with trees. -Private on-site car park. -Lakes 15 minutes away, forest, cycling, zoo and amusement park all nearby. ***CHRISTMAS SPECIAL OFFER, 23–27 DECEMBER 2026*** During this period, Les Petites Bottes is transformed into a cosy Christmas retreat: a decorated Christmas tree, a warm, festive atmosphere, a trunk containing everything you need to set your festive table, a welcome hamper featuring local produce, and little treats tailored to the children’s ages. The experience is designed for 10 people to stay comfortably in the bedrooms. An 11th person can be accommodated on request with an extra bed. Guest access The entire interior/exterior accommodation is available to visitors, for up to 11 people. Access is independent, via a large wooden gate on your right on the main road. Drive up the driveway to park your vehicles in the private car park. Other things to note The holiday cottage is ideal for families, groups of friends, and anyone seeking peace and quiet, the great outdoors, a chance to unwind and spend time together. However, it is not suitable for those looking for modern, highly standardised accommodation, nor for wild, unrestrained, ultra-noisy parties of the ‘carnage’ variety ;-) Amplified music is prohibited. Music and noise must be kept to a minimum by 10.30 pm and stopped completely by 11 pm. No fireworks or confetti. Heating is included. For the ‘Enchanted Christmas’ break, the holiday cottage is self-catering for the four nights. Heating is provided by the pellet stove: the necessary supply is provided, and guests are responsible for feeding and monitoring the stove during their stay. The dry toilets also require regular maintenance and the collection bin to be emptied if necessary. All the necessary equipment and simple instructions are provided.
