The space The house is in a waterfront condominium with direct beach access. The condominium is small, there are only 35 lots and 4 houses built. The house is in front of a large garden with a 19 x 8 meter pool in the center. The ocean view is guaranteed. Guest access To get there, you must enter at Km. 92.5 of the Panamericana Sur. There is a sign indicating access to several condominiums and the Real Club. Follow the signs to the Real Club and when you reach the Club's gate, there is a path to its right side that is also adjacent to the Puesta del Sol Condominium. Go down that path until the last gate on the right. That is the entrance to the Las Delicias de Chocalla 6.2 Condominium. Other things to note Please note that we do not provide bed linens or towels. We do have the other accessories for a pleasant stay. The house has a private pool on the 3rd floor where the terrace, grill and an open and covered comfort area are located
