Enchanted Hideaway is a newly renovated villa that has everything you need to feel right at home like comfortable beds and linens, large open concept kitchen, a family room with 72 inch large flat screen smart TV, a game room with video games, foosball table, dart table, dual shot arcade basketball table, a separate movie room on 2nd floor to give the family more options for gathering, 2 master bedroom suites, Flat screen TV's in every bedroom, newly refinished salt water pool with sun shelf and bubbler. You can also enjoy resort amenities like a movie at the Resort theatre, sipping drinks at the tiki bar poolside, Mini-golf, tennis, playground, Ping-pong, hammocks, basketball or just seeing the little duck families waddling around the lake. The location and proximity to both Universal studios parks and Disney parks makes this Villa a perfect choice for any family trying to get to parks during their vacation. Guest access Guest has access via smart lock to house. This will be given with check-in information. No charge for parking but there is a one time per stay car pass charge of $25 at resort (purchase at resort club house). You receive a pass for car to come in and out of gate. An adult must be present at all times. -NO DIVING in private Villa pool or community pool. -Hanging rattan chairs are not for swinging and are only for sitting (weight capacity 200lbs per chair). No more than one person sitting in each hanging chair at a time. Please supervise children around hanging chairs. -No animals/pets allowed -No parties or events allowed -No smoking or vaping of any kind inside property (If this occurs there is a minimum $350 deodorizing charge) -When running Air conditioner all windows and doors must be closed. The AC can break or sweat creating water damage to walls when AC is running, and the windows and doors are not closed. We have smart thermostat and sensors to help make sure this is followed but request you do your part. -An accurate guest count must be given at time of booking. -Please watch children. No drawing on furniture, walls, cabinets, linens etc. (Subject to additional cleaning charges or replacement costs) -Please no oils on linens. This stains our linens and requires us to replace. (Subject to additional cleaning charges or replacement costs) **To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, AME Vacation Homes requires completion of a digital Renter Agreement prior to arrival. We also place a temporary credit card hold (not a charge), similar to what you may see at most hotels, for an amount up to $600. Nothing gets charged upfront, this is simply a pre-authorization and will only be charged in the rare event of incidentals or damages during your stay. We truly appreciate your cooperation.
