Entrance to the home is through the side door which opens into a back porch with a high-top table and chairs. The large open kitchen has all new modern amenities and is fully stocked with all you will need for your stay. There is sliding glass door leading to a deck from the kitchen. The first floor bath has tile shower. The large living area has a couch and loveseat, ROKU TV, and board games. Upstairs is the 2nd bathroom with a tub/shower as well as a washer and dryer. The Front bedroom has 1 Queen and 1 Full bed and a closet. The back bedroom has 1 Full and 1 Twin bed and a large closet. Both bedrooms are large with tall ceiling and ceiling fans. There would be room for an air mattress or pack n play for children. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and listen to the sounds of nature from the front porch. If you are traveling with a boat there is a separate parking area right next to the property. Take a short drive to local wineries and breweries on the Niagara Wine Trail and head to Niagara Falls and Canada only 30 minutes away! You will need a vehicle to get around this area, there are no taxis and Ubers or Lyft are not available often .
