It is fully furnished with comfortable queen size bed, classic mattress, a desk & chair, a cloth rock. **This listing is ONLY for this bedroom. Any other common areas in the house like bathroom, kitchen, laundry room & living area etc are shared w/other guests. Our house and rooms are always professionally cleaned and restocked after each guest to ensure a great stay. Guest access All guests have a free access to the house's common areas like living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, hallway bathroom, the back patio and fenced private back yard. Please make use to keep these common areas clean after you use it. The front door has keyless entry so don't worry about late check-ins. Your personalized key code will be used for entry at any time during your stay. There is free parking in the driveway and free street parkings on either side in front of the house - first come first served! One parking spot available for each booking.
