House with a lake view, quiet and relaxing

Relax with the whole family or a group of friends in this peaceful place to stay, which enjoys a magnificent view of Lake Como, the Vezio Castle promontory and the surrounding mountains. Apartment located in Perledo, a ten-minute drive to Varenna, equipped with a beautiful balcony overlooking the lake and a large terrace on the back to comfortably have lunch and dinner together. Located in a building on the second floor. Convenient parking space below the house. The space You will stay in large, bright spaces with vintage details but with all the comforts to enjoy a great stay in peace, including free WiFi. From the stylishly furnished entrance, you can pass into the living room where you can dine while admiring the splendid view through the large French window overlooking the balcony right in front of the lake. In the same large room, you will also find a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa. There are 2 large bedrooms: one furnished in a vintage style with a high double bed, chest of drawers with mirror and wardrobe where a part is available for guests to store their things. In the second bedroom there are two single beds, a console table with mirror and access, through a French window, to the large terrace on the back, equipped with a table, chairs and comfortable deck chairs for relaxing outdoors and greater privacy. The bathroom is classic with bathtub/shower and equipped with a washing machine. The kitchen is small but well equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, American coffee machine, moka pot for traditional coffee and everything you need to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The building is located in the municipality of Perledo, on the way to Esino. Perledo is a small village at the foot of the mountain overlooking the lake, where you will find two restaurants/bars, a mini market, a tennis court, a basketball court and an area equipped with games for children, all within walking distance in a few minutes. From here there are several hiking trails (including the famous "Sentiero del Viandante") and bike paths with unique and beautiful views of the lake. The ideal is to arrive by car, which makes it easier to reach nearby Varenna, (also reachable by a local taxi service), where various connections are available by train (line to Milan-Tirano, Bergamo-Lecco), ferry, boat and taxiboat. Guest access Perfect for comfortably accommodating four people. The apartment is located in a building on the second floor, which is easily accessed via two flights of stairs. Other things to note I will have to ask guests for a supplement of €3.00 per day per person (in cash) that the municipality of Perledo requires as an ACCOMMODATION TAX. The tax is paid for a maximum of 5 nights' stay and will be paid by tourists over the age of 12. For tax reasons and following Italian public safety law, we are obliged to host only people with a valid ID and will fill out a TOURIST RENTAL AGREEMENT upon entering the house. The apartment is duly registered in the Register of Non-Hotel Accommodation Facilities of the Lombardy Region.
