Hen and Stag parties are not permitted, though other same sex groups can enquire if there are no more than 4 same sex adults Commercial and work related bookings are permitted if the number of same sex adults is no more than 4 Events are not permitted without prior consent A security deposit is required at this property Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00 The garden is regularly maintained by a professional gardening service and although this work is generally carried out when the property is vacant, the gardener may need to carry out work whilst the property is occupied.
