See, hear and feel the beach and ocean. Our third floor balcony has the best view of the beach and Atlantic Ocean on the island. You can watch the spectacular sunrises and the moon rise over the ocean. Our condo is furnished with all new appliances and everything guests may need. The space “Beach Skybox” provides a spectacular panoramic view of the beach and ocean. The sight, sound and feel are simply the best on the island. You can enjoy and experience the mysterious and ever changing moods of the beach and ocean any time of the day and in all seasons. Everything in the condo is designed around this amazing scenery. We try to provide a comfortable, well-equipped and decorated condo for your vacation and even work if necessary. We are ideal for year round vacations for a couple or a small family. The queen bed in the bedroom, queen sleeper sofa (or queen air mattress) and bunk beds (76" x 24") provide a capacity for 4 adults and 2 children. But the condo is more comfortable for 2 to 4 persons. Beachfront condos are small. So, please plan accordingly. For your safety, the condo is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and ozonized before your arrival. Ozone is environmentally friendly, it’s made from oxygen. It kills bacteria and viruses throughout the condo including the ductwork. It decomposes back to oxygen afterwards. We have an air purifier with plasma wave to kill germs and with HEPA filter to remove dust, pollen, bacteria, viruses and other common air pollutants. An auto-drain dehumidifier is installed in the bathroom to lower the indoor humidity for your comfort. The heat pump has been serviced and ductwork thoroughly cleaned. Two EcoBee thermostats help regulate the temperature and humidity. Please keep doors closed as much as possible. If you leave balcony door open, please turn off the heat pump. This is as safe and comfortable as I know how as a chemist. As a chemist, I understand the danger of chemicals on humans. I don’t use chemicals lightly. For example, I don’t use pesticides in and around my house. Keeping house clean and use traps as necessary work great. For your entertainment, we have new 58” and 32” Samsung UHD TV’s equipped with local HD cable and streaming with YouTube TV and Amazon Prime Videos. You may connect to your own streaming services. Also available is a DVD player and a collection of DVD's. We provide high speed Internet at 300/30 mbps. We have a lighthouse bookcase with Lefton, Danbury and stained glass Lighthouse collections. The switch for the lights is on the outlet beneath the window. The GoVee Flow Plus (H6056) light bars respond to ambient sound or TV. A Bose sound bar and a wireless Bugani Nebula 100 Bluetooth light/sound speaker brings TV sound and bass close to you. They are paired with TV and can be chosen as desired. Or you can connect your music to it via bluetooth. Color changing lamps are controlled by a small remote. We provide paper towels, toilet paper, soap, dish washing detergent and dishwasher detergent that usually lasts a week. We provide most kitchen amenities. We provide quality towels and linens. Please bring your own shampoo, body wash and personal items. It requires a lot of space, work and effort to bring your own beach equipment especially from long distance. For your convenience, beach chairs(3), regular height (17") beach chairs(2), umbrellas(3) including a wind-proof umbrella, a Sun Ninja 10' x 10' tent, beach wagon(1) and some beach and pool toys are provided. Newly added is a state of the art Solbello sail sunshade. It sets up easily like a beach umbrella. It provides shade by sailing in the wind. Bring your own favorite beach equipment or use ours. There are four beach towels/blankets in the top drawer of dresser in the bedroom. These are oversized (84” x 42”) microfiber towels. They are good for the beach and pool because they are light weight, sand free, soft and quick dry. These can also be used as a blanket for TV watching or as an extra blanket for the bed. If you use them, just leave them out with other towels, linens for washing when you leave. Dining/office table and stools are height adjustable for view of the beach and ocean while dining or working. On the balcony, we have folding counter height chairs and folding table for your beach and ocean experience. We have two 17” high aluminum adjustable mesh folding chairs for use on balcony or beach. We have many updates including all new furniture, queen bed, queen sofa bed with memory foam and coil spring mattress, luxury vinyl flooring, new smooth ceiling with fan and light fixtures, vanity, toilet, bathroom fixtures, refrigerator, dishwasher, hot water heater, microwave, Instant pot, dishes, utensils and a set of Carote ceramic, nonstick pots and pans cookware. There are four coffee makers, a Keurig 10 oz., a dual brew k-cup and drip, a 12-cup drip and a 2-cup drip coffee maker. Coffee and tea are not provided. But you are welcome to share my available coffee and tea. Everything is newly painted including the balcony. We replaced all electrical outlets, installed new combination and dead bolt locks on entrance door and new hardware on all the other doors. Water leak sensors protect condo from potential water damages. Please leave sensors at their places and check for water leaks if you hear them go off. If you need to work from home or beach, a home office can be set up with a high speed Internet at 300/30 mbps. A HP laser jet B/W printer/scanner is available. You may use the two large flat screen Samsung TV's as monitors. Guest access Admiral’s Row building A has entrances on the right and left with about eleven steps. There’s a ramp at the back if you want to avoid steps. An elevator and staircases service the upper floors. Our resort has four private boardwalks, two are right next to the entrances of Admiral's Row. You can be on the beach in less than a minute. The boardwalk on the right is flat and wide with no steps. The other boardwalks are next to the big pool and between Ocean Villa A and B. AR307 is fully equipped with attention to every detail. In addition to full access of ARA307 and beach chairs and umbrellas, guests have access to all resort facilities. There are two pools, one in front of Ocean Villas and one at Admiral’s Row. There are free tennis and pickle ball courts. Call the pro-shop to reserve court time. There are charcoal barbecue grills at picnic areas. There is a playground, a catch and release pond and a basketball and beach volleyball courts. Equipment can be checked out at the Pro-shop. There is a fitness center. You can get a free key card with a refundable deposit at the front desk. During summer season, the resort provides summer family activities such as beach explorations, water slides, magic shows, concerts and movies on the beach. There are three restaurants at the resort - a beach bar, a sports bar and pizza place. There is on-site bicycle rental. There are laundry rooms (coin operated) behind the elevator on three floors. Other things to note “Beach Skybox” - Admiral’s Row 307 is at HHI Beach & Tennis Resort. We own and manage “Beach Time” - Ocean Villa B120 at the resort for more than three years now. It has been a most rewarding experience because of the wonderful guests from Airbnb. We have earned our Airbnb Superhost ranking with a 4.98 out of 5.0 rating based on over 100 reviews. “Beach Skybox”, which has the most spectacular view of the beach and ocean on HHI, is our new venture in sharing our second home. We bring the same care and dedication in preparing our condo. And we endeavor to treat our guests with the same kindness and respect. For about five years now, we are gratified that it has generated the same high quality and reputation with our guests. Even during summer peak season, we just have a two night minimum to give our guests maximum flexibility. The $35 resort gate fee is per vehicle per rental. Only owners can issue gate passes. They are not for sale at the gate. Please contact me if you should bring more than one vehicle. Please note that the resort does not allow e-bikes and their batteries on its grounds. If you have day visitors during your stay, you can get day passes for them at the convention center for $25 each. Please note that oceanfront condos are small because of the cost of prime real estate. Some guests are surprised by the small size of beachfront condos compared to other one bedroom condos in their home town or city. Although the maximum capacity of our condo is four adults and two children, it is more comfortable for two to four persons. Condos away from the beachfront are more spacious. Please consider your needs and decide accordingly.
