Centrally located accommodation in the lively trendy district of Dresden with many restaurants, shops, clubs and cafes. The spacious room overlooks the quiet green courtyard. You will share the kitchen with balcony and the bathroom with me. However, I am rarely there, so you can usually have everything to yourself. In 15 minutes you are on foot at the Elbe meadows, in 12 minutes at the Neustadt train station, in 30 minutes you walk to the baroque old town with Zwinger and Semperoper. Paid parking, pet-free, non-smoking.
