The Old Bakery

NEC, BHX, JLR, Solihull, Birmingham. This converted bakery is a unique place that has a style all its own. The space The space is open plan, spread over two floors, is bright, spacious, cosy and calming. Set in the garden of the main house where I stay with my wife and children. The spaces are all modern and stylish, have all modern appliances You will have a private garden area, with a sheltered space and seating. We are looking for families and working professionals to occupy the property. The space is for 1-4 persons max. Please no gatherings or parties.! We would like that you can keep noise to a minimum after 10PM, to not disturb our neighbour’s. Guest access Access is gained via gated coach entrance at the side of the house. The access is shared with the main house which you pass to gain access to The Old Bakery. We do have a main garden which you don’t have access to. There is usually plenty of on road parking available close to the house.
