This accommodation located opposite the owners' house, in a flowery and wooded park, will give you access to all the major tourist sites of the Loire Valley or the more discreet charm of the Loir Valley. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the accommodation is designed and equipped to accommodate families, from the youngest (baby equipment) to the oldest (ground floor accessible to people with reduced mobility). Le Petit Saint Marc is ideal for a relaxing and cultural vacation! The space On the ground floor, there is a living room, a large open room (kitchen and dining area and a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with single beds (3 and 2). There is also a crib, a folding bed and a changing table. On the first floor there are also two bathrooms. All linens are provided: sheets, towels and tea towels. Guest access Access to the accommodation is via the park, it is independent of the part inhabited by the owners. All rooms are accessible, with the exception of the second floor. In the absence of the owner and their family, the park and its facilities are accessible to guests. If the owners are present, they have priority, cohabitation is possible on request (especially if there are children). Other things to note As check-in and check-out are self-service, we won't always be there to greet our guests when they arrive or say goodbye when they leave. We appreciate the exchanges with those we receive: these new encounters are always enriching. If we are present, we always greet our guests, check that everything is okay... but our occupations do not always allow us to... and we do not want to be intrusive either!
