Description
Getaway and unwind at our spacious, cozy river retreat. Located less than 1 hour from the Twin Cities, enjoy the private yard leading down to the St. Croix River, gorgeous views from the large family room, modern kitchen, panoramic barrel sauna, and so much more. Relax on the screened in porch with the sleek, wood stove. Located less than 10 minutes from Wild Mountain Ski Resort and Waterpark, Interstate State Park, and Downtown Taylor's Falls, you'll have plenty to do for days! The space You'll have access to the entire cabin including the laundry room, yard, sauna, and riverfront during your stay. Other things to note The river shore goes up and down throughout the year (controlled by the St. Croix Falls Dam). We usually do not swim on the shore, but across the river (by kayak!), most times of year there is a beautiful sand bar to play on. Sometimes a lot of it is exposed, and other times it's only a few inches under water. Our kids truly enjoy playing here!
