"Le 60" LOFT for 4/5 people, very bright, located in Cherbourg en Cotentin, Tourlaville district, a stone's throw from Collignon beach, Cherbourg city center, the port; many shops as well as beautiful landscapes of Cotentin. We are happy to host you in this loft. Living in Cherbourg we can give you many tips on arrival or during your stay to visit Cherbourg and Cotentin. The space This former carpentry workshop has been converted into a loft, with an area of approximately 80 m². The accommodation is conducive to relaxation and is bathed in natural light. The kitchen opens onto the living room. On the ground floor you will also find toilets and a laundry room. Both bedrooms are upstairs as well as the bathroom. A pellet stove heats this open space and in the bedrooms and bathrooms there are additional radiators. Ideally located a 15-minute walk to the beach, about a hundred meters to local shops, close to a bus stop. Guest access On the ground floor: - Entrance - Toilet - Laundry room - Living room/kitchen Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, wardrobe, armchair. - 1 children's bedroom with 3 beds 90*190, wardrobe, TV & retro gaming console - 1 bathroom, toilet, shower 120*90 Note: possibility of parking on the street or in front of the loft in a reserved space (depending on availability/to be agreed upon at the time of booking). Possibility to park motorcycles/bicycles in a garage (depending on availability/to be agreed upon when booking). Other things to note This very bright Loft offers accommodation for 4/5 people and will allow you to fully enjoy Cherbourg and Cotentin. This one is on 2 levels, on the ground floor a large living room offering a living room with a leather sofa and a series of cushions will welcome you comfortably, a TV with flat screen, (WIFI/Fiber connection being connected => The Loft has just been completed), a pellet stove to warm you in winter, a TV/console area for children. A fully equipped kitchen with range hood, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave/oven, fridge-freezer. You will also find a Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, plates, raclette sets for 8 people... and a large wooden table for guests.
