The space The 200 mq apartment is located on the ground floor of a period house: there are 4 steps at the entrance and numerous internal steps that separate the rooms. The internal space is made up as follows: - Large kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, moka coffee maker and traditional oven; dining table, sofas and TV - Living room with single armchair-bed - Bedroom I (there are 5 steps to access it) with double bed, built-in wardrobe and split A/C - Bedroom II with double bed, single bed, wardrobe and split A/C - Bedroom III on mezzanine (pay attention to the ladder if traveling with small children) with double bed, chest of drawers and split A/C - Bathroom I equipped with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower head - Bathroom II equipped with wc and bidet - Internal garden equipped with table and chairs x2 - Terrace accessible from the garden via a staircase, equipped with covered dining area with table and benches.
