In 1 townhouse shared in 2 independent apartments (with private entrance) 800 meters from the SCNF station, consisting of 1 main room with queen size bed 160, living room, equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom with shower, separate toilet and glass balcony with bistro table/2 chairs. The space The apartment is a mix of old style combined with modern amenities that will make your stay charming. GOOD TO KNOW: Possibility to book the entire house (see Maison La Rochette listing). Total capacity: 7 guests, 4 beds (3 queen size beds and 1 single bed), 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 large terrace and 1 glass balcony. For any other request regarding schedules or access to the SPA, feel free to send a message, we will do our best to adapt to your needs. 4-seater Jacuzzi in its closed pool house. The 2 apartments can take the SPA option, the choice of time slots from 1 to 2 hours allows private use in order to preserve the privacy of everyone. Choose your ideal temperature: 28 degrees? 30 degrees or 40? Other things to note Come and enjoy a relaxing time in the pool house with its 4-seater HOT TUB, 24 jets and LED light therapy lights. JACUZZI in its enclosed pool house, out of sight, accessible 24 hours a day. For a romantic evening, an anniversary, Valentine's Day or any other occasion to share a pleasant moment ❤💝❤️‍🔥 we offer you a "Love" package for €20 including: - 1 bottle of local Méthode Champenoise 🍾🥂; - 8 macaroons or sweets; - 1 tasteful and customizable decoration (rose petals & artificial candles🕯). Don't hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to help you organize this event discreetly🤫😉. GOOD TO KNOW: You can park easily and for free on the street because it is a quiet cul-de-sac. If you need to refuel, you won't have to look far, the nearby gas station is on the sidewalk opposite. And if you want to wash your car, a car wash is also right next door. Waste management: Glass is sorted in separate containers, made available by the city. For safety and hygiene reasons, NO glass waste should be deposited in the yard or in one of the 2 YELLOW AND PURPLE containers. Thank you for your understanding.
