The studio is located in 1 townhouse divided into 2 independent apartments (with private entrance) 800 meters from the SCNF train station, consisting of 1 main room with 160 queen size bed, living room area, equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom with shower, separate toilet and glass balcony with bistro table and 2 chairs. Total capacity: 7 guests, 4 beds (3 queen size beds and 1 single bed), 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 2 large terraces and 1 glass balcony. The 2 apartments can access the POOLHOUSE with the JACUZZI, the choice of 1 hour time slots allows private use in order to preserve everyone's privacy. For a romantic evening, a dating anniversary, Valentine's Day or any other occasion to share a pleasant moment, we offer you a LOVE✨️❤️ package for €30 including: - 1 bottle of Méthode Champenoise Maison JB CLAIR Millésime 2022 🍾🥂; - 8 MACARONS OR 8 SWEETS; - 1 neat and customizable decoration (rose petals &🕯 artificial candles). Please let us know and we'd love to help you organize this event discreetly🤫😉. GOOD TO KNOW: You will be able to park easily and free on the street as it is an uncrowded cul-de-sac. If you need to refuel, you won't have to look far for the nearby gas station is on the opposite sidewalk. And if you want to wash your car, there's also a laundry station right next door. Waste management: Glass is sorted in separate containers, provided by the city.
