Simply pull the handle on the back of the sofa, and the cushions fold into the bed. You'll find others sketching, reading, taking photographs, playing music, teaching arts & crafts, and simply enjoying the beauty of the area just steps away from the condo. AIR CONDITIONING/HEAT The mini split on the second floor provides a/c and heat to both levels. The remote control can be adjusted to your preference. Guest access You have direct access into the condo using the Yale Smart Lock keypad. I will send a unique code to use during your stay a few days before your check in date. Other things to note We love the peacefulness of the condo, so please know that you'll share walls with other units. The quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM, so please help us keep the tranquility that our neighbors enjoy. With that being said, there is a working train track behind the upper parking lot; however, the train typically doesn't run often or at unreasonable hours. There is a trash and recycling corral located in the upper parking lot, so you can use the receptacles, if needed, during your stay. On another note, the neighborhood market is 0.3 miles from the condo for convenient grocery shopping.
