The room layout includes a spacious Primary Bedroom with a King bed, a comfortable 2nd bedroom with a Queen bed, a cozy 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a stylish 4th bedroom with a Queen bed. The well-equipped kitchen is ready for meal preparation, and complimentary coffee is provided. Unwind in the game-room, equipped with a ping pong table, poker table, 65-inch Smart TV, board games, sofa bed and direct access to the pool area. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house besides one closet and the shed in the backyard. Other things to note NO PARTIES OF ANY TYPE ALLOWED. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THIS RULE AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM-10AM. THIS IS A QUIET FAMILY NEIGHBORHOOD. PETS ARE ALLOWED BUT THERE IS A $25 CHARGE PER PET PER STAY PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON ANY OF THE FURNITURE. IF THERE IS PET PRINTS OR LOTS OF HAIR ON THE FURNITURE YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA $50 CLEANING FEE PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET IN THE YARD. POOP BAGS PROVIDED YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA $50 IF THERE IS PET WASTE LEFT IN THE YARD. ONLY PARK IN DRIVEWAY OR SIDE STREET. DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF ANY OF THE NEIGHBORS HOUSES.
