There is a screen porch and back deck plus a fire pit under the stars. Set back on a quiet private road, located minutes from Olana & Germantown + 10 minutes from Hudson & Tivoli. The space The downstairs is open and airy with a sunny kitchen and open living & dining area with a fireplace. Lots of wood is provided so you can enjoy cozy nights by firelight. There is a separate alcove, perfect for a bit of work or reading plus a powder room. Upstairs there is a primary bedroom with attached bath and two more cozy bedrooms with a shared second bathroom. Both bathrooms have bathtubs/showers. Outside you can enjoy the night under the stars in Adirondack chairs around the fire. Truly a fairytale house, built by a local builder using all handmade and antique materials. Germantown is the perfect spot to explore the area. We like apple picking and cider drinking by the bonfire at Rose Hill, coffee at Tivoli General, or dinner at one of the many great Hudson restaurants. The house is easy distance to so many wonderful things, including great outdoor activities too. We are happy to help with any suggestions! Guest access The entire house and yard is yours!
