Welcome to you Cambridge home away from home. Modern, cosy and family friendly with a bunk bed in one of the rooms. It has a quiet enclosed back yard with an in ground trampoline. The sun streams into the house and the deck area is perfect for relaxing or outdoor dinners. Heat pump/air conditioning and an air ventilation system will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. A 55" TV with a comfortable couch for lounging is great in the evening or after a long day of activities. The space Location is a short walk into town, enjoy walking in to the Saturday markets or one of the great nearby eateries. Perfect if rowing at Karapiro or here to explore Hobbiton or the Waitomo Caves . Please note there is not a BBQ available and the bunk bed it only suitable for children or small adults. Other things to note Pets are welcome but you will need to add them to the booking as there is an extra charge and I will need to inform the cleaner. Thanks!
