Sugar Brook Retreat nestled in the North Warwickshire Countryside is a tastefully converted open plan barn with high ceilings and unique features, the ideal location to escape the routine of daily life and relax in a remote setting surrounded by miles of public footpaths including the North Arden Heritage trail.  Just 4 miles from junction 10 of the M42 makes this accommodation perfect to relax in the country but close enough to the midlands road networks to travel with ease. The space The living space has an L-shaped leather sofa with flatscreen smart TV and a cast iron gas fire, blankets, board games and books.   The double bed sleeps two adults with bedside storage and a small wardrobe with drawers. There’s a heated mirror beside the bed, with the option of a single fold out bed if required, for a small fee. Non allergy white luxury bedding and pillows.   The kitchen has a twin induction hob, microwave oven, small fridge, kettle, toaster, and air fryer and cafetière. There are a selection of pans and cooking utensils to accommodate your culinary needs.   The shower room is accessed by a sliding oak door and comprises a double enclosed power shower, toilet, and wash hand basin with mirror.   Outside there is a private garden bordered by the babbling Sugar Brook with a fire pit and limited complimentary logs with extra available to purchase. Plenty of space to barbecue. A swinging bench and garden furniture. Guest access There is ample parking for your stay, and by prior arrangement, you can leave your car with us should you choose to stay before flying away on business or holiday. Sugar Brook Retreat is only 30 minutes from Birmingham International and 35 minutes from East Midlands Airport. Other things to note A key safe allows guests to arrive to suit their needs. There is now a dedicated broadband router for guests.
