Waterfront Family Vacation Home

Relax and unwind in this completely remodeled waterfront vacation home, perfect for family and friends. It boasts four spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a cozy den, a sunroom, a large patio, and an expansive outdoor space. It provides a stunning view of the Bush River and sunsets, with direct access to the water. Immerse yourself in nature’s beauty with kayaks, paddle boards, a fire pit, and outdoor grills/furniture. Perfect place to stay for sports tournaments! About 15 to 20 min by car The space 1st floor: Kitchen, Breakfast Area, Full Bathroom, Family Room, Sunroom with dining table (sits up to 10) Bedroom 1 has two full size bed Bedroom 2 has a twin bunk bed and a twin bed with trundle (total 4 twins) A den has a full size bed 2nd floor: Primary Bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed with full bathroom, access to second level deck Family Room has a full size day bed, TV, and full bathroom with privacy room divider. Guest access Direct access to water for kayaks and paddle boards. Other things to note Please note that the pier was completely damaged and demolished in 2024, but we plan to rebuild it in Fall 2025. The house has a central AC, but since it’s a Cape Cod without an attic, the second floor gets hot during the summer. There are two window AC units on the second floor and a portable AC in the sunroom. The ramp for kayak access can be quite slippery, so please use caution and supervise children at all times. The BBQ grills are a courtesy provided by the owner, but they are solely the responsibility of the guest. This includes gas, charcoal, and cleaning. The BBQ is intended for guests who stay at the home and should not be used to invite others over, as it would be considered hosting a party. Unfortunately, visiting guests, parties, or events are not permitted. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If the grill is found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. We do our best to provide gas, but if the tank is empty, the guest is responsible for swapping it out (Walmart is approximately a 10-minute drive away). The kayaks, paddle boards, and life jackets are also a courtesy provided by the owner. Please use them gently and wash them (if necessary) before returning them to their designated areas. After use, please place them upside down in the designated areas. Please do not place wet life jackets in the storage bin. We kindly ask that guests refrain from using the fishing rods and other personal items in the utility room and storage shed. Additionally, please refrain from playing or stepping on the cable railings. Before entering the house, please rinse off your feet to prevent any wetness. For security purposes, we have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door and a floodlight camera in the backyard.
