It features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, sunroom, large patio and outdoor space, breath-taking water view and sunset with direct access to water. Enjoy the stunning views of the Bush River and impeccable access to nature. Kayaks, paddle boards, fire pit, bbq grills, outdoor furniture are provided. Max occupancy is 12 (no more than 8 adults). No visiting guests or party/event is allowed. 1st floor: Kitchen, Breakfast Area, Full Bathroom, Family Room, Sunroom with dining table (sits up to 10) Bedroom 1 has two full size bed Bedroom 2 has a twin bunk bed and a twin bed with trundle (total 4 twins) Den has a full size bed 2nd floor: Primary Bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed with full bathroom, access to second level deck Family Room has a full size day bed, TV, and full bathroom with privacy room divider. Direct access to water for kayaks and paddle boards. The pier is shared with the neighbor. Please be courteous and mindful of the neighbor. The house has a central AC but it's a cape cod with no attic, therefore, the 2nd floor gets hot in summer. There are two window AC units on the 2nd floor and a portable AC in the sunroom. The ramp for kayak access can be very slippery. Please use caution and supervise children at all times. The BBQ grills are a courtesy by the owner and sole responsibility of the guest (gas, charcoal and cleaning). The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required. We do our best to provide gas but in case the tank is empty, guest is responsible for swapping the tank (Walmart is about 10 minutes away). The kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets are a courtesy by the owner. Please use them gently and wash (if needed) and place them upside down in designated areas after use. Please do not place wet life jackets in the storage bin. Please do not play or step on cable railings. Rinse off feet before entering, no wet feet in the house.
