Room A - Comfy Room in A Charming House

*NOT SUITABLE FOR ANIMALS & CHILDREN ROOM A: Cozy and private room located in Tacoma, for 1 or 2 people with modern Shared Bathroom & free WiFi. Centrally located with easy access to all freeways and many major shops. Deep-cleaned and sanitized after each guest visit. 1 free on-site parking spot. The front door & your private room are equipped with smart locks for convenient self checking any time after 4pm. Check out our private suite if you need a private bath. The space The room comes with a queen size bed, smart lock with keypad access for privacy ( each guest will be assigned their own dedicated code), smart tv ( you need to supply your own subscriptions), 2 bedside tables, closet, hanger, big mirrors closet doors, dresser, fresh linens and towels. There is a foldable kitchen cart with 2 stools stored in the closet that can be pulled out if you need extra sitting or working space. Guest access Full access to shared spacious living room and open concept kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, basic cookwares and spices (not stocked with food) . There is also a shared coffee bar stocked with ground coffee, creamer, sweetener in the living room. Laundry room is NOT AVAILABLE from 1pm-5pm and during quiet hours ( 10pm-9am). Other things to note There is only 1 dedicated parking for each room so please plan accordingly. Because there are always other guests sharing the place so please understand that the trash cans and counter top are not always emptied. For your security, we have security cameras on the OUTSIDE of the house, NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE HOUSE.
