If something is not up to your standards then notify us during your stay so we can address it for you and help solve it. Communication will allow you to have the best experience possible. You are on vacation -let us handle the issues. Just to notify you. We have 6 working smoke alarms in the home. One smoke alarm is missing on top of the staircase. Dont worry. We have on below the staircase and one above the staircase. After inspection from the city they had no issue with us removing the one smoke alarm. It's just too hard to change the batteries since it is above the staircase about 15 feet up. Wanted you to be aware of this prior to arrival. Everything is up to city code and the house has a plethora of smoke alarms. ★ SPACE ★ Shared with long-term and short-term tenants. Please respect your neighbors and quiet hours from 10pm - 8am. ★ NO SMOKING ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the unit! Any smoking evidence will result in a $250 fine for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. ★ PETS ★ If you are bringing any pets, please inform us. A $150 pet deposit is required and will be refunded upon inspection for damages. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ Parties, events, and excessively loud music are not permitted. Undisclosed parties or events will be shut down and incur fines with no refund. ★Must be 21 years old or over to rent our property★
