The space You can walk out the backyard straight onto the Batemans Bay Coastal Walk, your private access, which will take you to Pretty Beach, Mackenzie’s Beach or Malua Bay Beach, or the local Malua Bay shops, all within 5-15mins walk around the coastal reserve walk. If you want to drive well, you are only minutes away from each of these beaches and shopping centre. Batemans Bay is 15 minutes north, Moruya 20 minutes south, and Mogo 20 minutes west. Guest access As our guest you have access to the courtyard outdoor area and direct access to the clifftop reserve which is a section of the newly created Batemans Bay Coastal Walk.
