Ryan, Oceans 14 manager, lives right around the corner. Although we have gone to great lengths for your stay to be smooth and seamless, he is always available if the need arises. The cover is super light and easy to use! Let Ryan know 3 days before check in if you do want the pool heated, so he can turn the heater on and give it plenty of time to warm the pool.
