It's simple, nothing is missing in this new house, with tasteful decor. Perfectly equipped, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can accommodate 8 people. Its garden, terrace and pergola invite you to relax! Ideal base for your hikes (valley of painters, Vauban cabins, Mont Saint Michel 45 minutes away, Saint Malo 1 hour 15 minutes away). For groceries, the center of Jullouville and its market are only a 5-minute walk away. Same for the beach or the sailing school. The space This house, triple exposure, with floor breaks down as follows: On the ground floor: - Entrance, equipped kitchen, living room with flat screen, dining room, all with large windows overlooking the terrace protected by a pergola. - Double bedroom with en suite shower room. - WC Upstairs: - 1 double bedroom - 1 double bedroom and 1 bunk bed. - 1 bathroom and WC - 1 dressing room You will also have access to the adjoining garage where the laundry room is located. The garden, totally enclosed and perfectly maintained, terrace sheltered by a bioclimatic pergola, garden furniture: nothing is missing. Housekeeping is included. Bed linen and towels (one towel/person) can be provided for €20/bed, to be booked in advance with the concierge between Terre and Mer Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house Other things to note pets not allowed Note: the end of stay cleaning is included but we remind you that the kitchen must be put away: (dishes made, dishwasher emptied), refrigerator emptied, clean oven. Empty garbage cans, wiped dining table. Otherwise, an additional €60 fee will be requested. Excluding July/August, check-out time is 11:00 AM. For any request to leave beyond, you will be asked for an additional 80 euros.
