Relax with the whole family or friends at this quiet place to stay near Würzburg. The space The front door can be reached via three steps, so the apartment is unfortunately not barrier-free! Please note that pets are not allowed! On the ground floor on the left is the white bedroom with small seating, a chest of drawers, a double bed and a room behind it with a wardrobe and a desk. Behind the entrance area and a small hallway with a wardrobe is the first bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. To the right of the hallway is the kitchen, with a breakfast bar and four bar stools. If necessary, you can place the two bar stools from the white bedroom in the kitchen. Behind the kitchen is a room with a washing machine, clothes rack, fridge and microwave. After an original wooden staircase, which creaks accordingly, you reach the first floor. Here on the right is the black bedroom with a double bed (large mattress, 1.80 x 2.0 m) and a self-designed shelf-closet combination. Straight ahead is the storage room (not a guest area). On the left is the combined large living-dining room with sofa, armchair and a table with 6 chairs as well as a children's painting table. Four additional chairs are available if needed. In the hallway there is a reading chair with a lamp. To the left of the hallway is the third, blue bedroom, with a pull-out bed (two slatted frames and two normal mattresses, 0.90 x 2.0 m) and a sofa. This bedroom is the direct access to the second bathroom (shower, toilet, bathtub and sink) and the small balcony. In the small hallway in front of the balcony is a narrow closet for the blue room, as well as several cube seats and a small table. These can also be used in addition to the small 2-seater sofa group on the balcony. In the courtyard (courtyard, lockable, no lawn!) there is a covered seating area with 8 chairs and a deck chair. Linens: We provide you with bed linen (fitted sheet, 2 pillowcases and 1 duvet cover), a hand towel (40 x 80 cm) and a bath towel (60 x 120 cm) per person. In the bathroom you will find a bath mat made of terrycloth and a small towel for hand washing (25 x 45 cm). Some spare towels are in the closet in front of the upper bathroom. In the kitchen, I provide you with a waffle piqué dish towel, a microfiber cloth, a sponge and a dishwashing brush. There are also several dish towels, pot holders and placemats as well as a tablecloth. The coffee machine is a Senseo pad machine. You will receive a packet of coffee pads and various tea bags as well as sugar from me. Guest access The attic, two pantries and two closets are marked as private and do not belong to the guest area. The rear area of the courtyard is separated by two privacy walls. It is also not part of the guest area. The rest of the house is available to you as guests. Other things to note If you are only staying overnight for a stopover and are arriving with a caravan, please let us know this information in advance. We will then send you a location where you can park better than in the narrow alley.
