Prefer short term stays of 28 days or less, but open to discussing a longer stay. The carriage house is private so that you feel separate from the main house. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the side of Eagle Ridge Mountain. You will be six kilometers from downtown Grand Forks, a short drive with lots of shopping. You can easily access to the Trans Canada Trail around the corner from the carriage house where you can hike, bike, ATV, cross-country ski; an outdoor enthusiast's dream! The space My rental is new, clean, and cozy. A one-bedroom carriage house which is bright, cozy and has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Four adults can sleep comfortably as there is also a queen size sofa bed in the living room. I also have a roll away bed in the storage closet in the living room. It is modern with all the amenities of home. My guests asked and I answered...there is a full length mirror on the back of the bedroom door. Pack your bags, pick up some groceries and come and relax. My rental is located in a quiet neighbourhood, and care must be taken to follow the quiet hours policy. Guest access The carriage house is separate from my home. It is a fully contained suite that has an upper deck and lower patio for outdoor comfort. The entrance is private and accessible from the lower patio. If you plan to work or are on call during your stay, if you are a Telus customer you may get sporadic coverage. Thru WiFi you can access many video chat websites. Roger/Shaw customers will have no problems as the tower is accessible. Only one vehicle is allowed in the driveway; all other vehicles must park in the cul de sac. Other things to note I have some condiments available: ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, HP Sauce and Pam Cooking Spray; bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer. There is a Keurig Coffee Maker with coffee and hot chocolate pods, tea and creamer also available. I also have a small choice of cereal and instant oatmeal in the kitchen pantry, as well as a blender and air fryer.
