The villa is 70 m² plus 25 m² terrace. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: terrace, garden furniture, iron, hair dryer, heat pump, air conditioning throughout the house, open-air parking near the building and TV. The kitchen is equipped with: refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
