Casa Lia Voroneț

Situated in the picturesque heart of Bucovina, in an area rich in history and tradition, Casa Lia offers you the peace and comfort you need for a perfect vacation. We are located just a 20-minute walk from the famous Voroneț Monastery and 40 minutes from the Șoimul Ski Slope, Ariniș Leisure Park, zipline, and swimming pool. The space The house can accommodate up to 11 people, making it ideal for families or groups of friends, and is rented in its entirety for a minimum of 2 nights. On the ground floor, there is a living room with 2 sofa beds (140×200), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom in the hallway; upstairs, one bedroom with a 180×200 bed and a 90×200 bed, another bedroom with a 160×200 bed and 2 bunk beds (90×200, maximum weight 95 kg per bed), plus a bathroom in the hallway. Outside, there is an open terrace, a spacious yard, and private parking. A mobile barbecue can be used either in the yard or on the uncovered platform next to the terrace. The guesthouse is equipped with hairdryers in the bathrooms, an iron and ironing board, WiFi, and a video surveillance system for safety. Other things to note House Rules The minimum stay is 2 nights, and the property is not rented to students or school groups. Please respect the neighborhood’s tranquility: music is allowed only at a moderate volume, and between 10:00 PM–08:00 AM and 1:00 PM–04:00 PM discretion is required. Access is limited to registered guests only. Pets are not allowed, and guests are asked not to feed animals passing through the yard. Only guests with respectful behavior and language, mindful of neighbors and the house rules, are welcome. Smoking is not permitted indoors (including electronic cigarettes), only on the terrace or balcony. The mobile barbecue may be used in the yard or on the uncovered platform, not on the covered terrace or near the house, annex, or gas tank. Check-out is by 10:00 AM; extensions must be agreed upon in advance. Any damage to property will be charged separately.
