Love nest Unusual chic apartment and antiques

Love Nest is one of two apartments at The Vintage Bed & Broc', an unusual accommodation combining flea market and retro spirit. This unique accommodation, where you can also hunt for antiques, is close to many Sarthe cultural sites and all local amenities. The space Love Nest is a lovely dollhouse, a small 40 m2 duplex, renovated in an authentic retro style. This fully independent accommodation includes a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with garden furniture for alfresco dining. A spiral staircase leads upstairs where a romantic bedroom and shower room invite you to relax and rest. Access to the apartment includes a staircase and is not suitable for people with disabilities or reduced mobility. The interior spiral staircase is not suitable for large people, due to the narrowness of the very first steps (because of the ramp). Coffee, tea and infusions are available free of charge. Three bakeries are in the immediate vicinity to supply you with bread and pastries. Sheets are provided as well as tea towels and hand towels. In order to preserve the environment, towels are not provided, except for exceptional requests (cyclists, motorcyclists and last-minute reservations (supplement of €5 per person and per kit, to be paid on site). No cleaning fee, so as not to increase the cost of your stay, especially if it is short, also please leave the accommodation as clean as possible (brooms and products are available for this purpose). Finally, if you feel like it, you can open the living room cupboard and bring back one or more bargains from the small themed flea market. Items to be purchased are marked with a sticker. So, embark on a journey through time, full of charm and nostalgia! Guest access The apartment and terrace are entirely reserved for you. Other things to note In front of the accommodation, there are a few residential parking spaces (white), blue zones (accessible after 7 p.m. and before 8 a.m. without time limit as well as the entire weekend). Avoid the yellow zebra lines in front of the adjacent garage, or you may get a ticket. You can unload and load your luggage in the blue zone during the day, then depending on the duration of your parking, park in the Tribunal parking lot, 20 m away, this time without any time limit.
