The space Our house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms townhouse on a quiet street in St Paul. The house is decorated in a fun way with a lot of plants and has everything you need for a short or long stay. In the summer the house has a full AC system, that works well and a nice small back patio to enjoy! In the winter, the house has forced air heating that gets the house very warm and a garage for one car, so that you don't have to take care of ice or snow. Please note that this is a townhouse so there are neighbors on both sides. The walls are not super thick, so please keep music at low levels at all times and keep quiet time from 9pm -8 am! Thank you! We're in a very walkable, old and beautiful neighborhood surrounded by historic Saint Paul landmarks, boutique shops and delicious restaurants. The area is very walkable: 1 block from Hamline University 1.5 mi walking to the St Paul Cathedral If you come by car the house is very conveniently located (almost every location in the Twin Cities is 15 min or less away): 15 min by car to downtown Minneapolis and Saint Paul, the MSP airport and the Mall of America Guest access The whole house will be yours.
