Our cabin offers a California King bed, waterfall open-air shower, a brand new hot tub, large yard, WiFi, two sleeper sofas, privacy, & excellent proximity to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, TYS, & Knoxville. No steep mountain roads here! It's a breeze to get to the secluded cabin. Come get away from the hustle & bustle to enjoy solitude & quiet! The space What you can expect when you stay in our cabin: INDOOR SPACE: • 800 square feet • Fully stocked kitchen-ALL the big and small appliances, pots and pans, dishes, coffee, cream and sugar • Master Suite- California King bed (upstairs) --Master Bathroom- Dual sinks, custom open air shower with waterfall shower head • Futon in master bedroom • Large Living Room with games, year round fireplace and 65" TV ---sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress • Fast wifi • Smart TVs. If you have a second furry friend you would like to bring, message me before booking. Depending on the breed, I may make an exception for an additional fee. Please contact me. Bringing your pet means you agree to the following: PET RULES: 1. Absolutely no dogs on any furniture. 2. The dog MUST be crated when/if left alone. 3. You will need to clean up after your pet both inside the cabin (hair) and outside. This is not part of the cleaning service. 4. Any and all damage done by your dog will be billed to and paid for by you. --------------------------------------------------- • NO SMOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS. • NO PARTIES. NO EXCEPTIONS. --------------------------------------------------- • Booking guests must be at least 21 years of age. Third party bookings are not allowed on Airbnb and will not be accepted. Guest access You'll have access to the entire cabin. Other things to note • The bedroom in the cabin is upstairs and does not have a door; it is an open space with cathedral ceilings. This cabin is not recommended for 6 adults. The extra sleeping space is offered for couples who may want to bring their children with them on vacation. • Check in and check out times are firm. • BYO firewood, charcoal, and matches. • Sneaking a cat in or an unauthorized dog or other pet will result in a $200 fee. • Some cell carriers do not have great coverage here. Connect to the wifi when you arrive and have your check in information handy. :) • There is a cute shed on the property. It is not accessible to guests. • It's not uncommon to encounter wildlife in the mountains. There have been visits from deer, bear, and turkeys. • Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Please respect this or you'll be asked to vacate. • There is construction on the next door lot. The builder understands people want to relax and only builds within very reasonable times and keeps the space clean. • We do not offer refunds for weather related incidents. Please purchase travel insurance. • Because this is the mountains, there will be bugs and other creatures. The cabin is treated monthly by a local, professional pest control company but please note- it's not possible to make the space entirely pest free all the time.
