This space consists of 4 separate casitas privately gated within a secluded part of Tulum's Region 15 neighbourhood. Each casita is it's own living space, offering privacy and space for larger groups. 3 of the casitas are bedrooms/bathroom spaces and the fourth is the living room and kitchen. This space is equipped with high end amenities to ensure comfort and livability during your stay. The space Your reservation includes private access to the entire space including all 4 casitas, the pool, fire pit, and surrounding jungle environment all within the the secure gated walls of the grounds. Each casita has private entrances with keys, en suite bathrooms, king beds, private decks with awnings, AC, ceiling fans, and wifi boosters. Each shower has a frosted sliding door that opens to the jungle garden. The separated casitas create a true sense of peace, tranquility, and adventure. Perfect for couples or a retreat that needs an Insta-Worthy Tulum jungle experience. The wrap around pool deck has ample room for lounging and is furnished with two deck chairs. The main kitchen/living room casita has large sliding doors which allow indoor and outdoor dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more to cook and entertain, with high end amenities, cookware, and utensils. The living room is a warm and inviting gathering space with boho style decor classic to Tulum with lots of space to spend time with friends and family. There is a smart TV with apps such as Netflix for you to enjoy. Additional amenities include a private pool, plunge pool, wireless internet with boosters, washer and dryer, hotel quality linens and towels, and designated parking. Casa Pura was designed and developed with a commitment to sustainability. The casitas are built above ground to allow the ground and soil to continue to flourish wit flora / fauna and microbes. The pool decking is built from locally sourced wood, and is cut around the fauna to allow the trees to continue to grow and nurture the jungle. All buildings are brushed limestone over cured mud, which is a nontoxic wash that replaces traditional toxic paint. All details of the villa are meant to be sustainable, local, and earthly. This embodies the spirit of Tulum, the jungle, adventure, and the environment. Please note, that this home is secluded in the jungle. It is a private and prefect getaway, but tulum is still a developing country. This means you must plan for possible wifi interruptions, power outages, and be flexible with your plans. The home is nestled into the trees designed with sustainability in mind. This can mean tree or fauna dropping seeds or leaves into the pool, and the rain may dilute the pool as well changing the PH. Management cleans the pool twice weekly, and additional cleanings may be requested at the cost of $50 USD per cleaning. The pool is well maintained and has a pump filtration system on a timer. We suggest you do not use lotions or sunscreen to enter the pool as it is a smaller sustainable pool and may appear cloudy with lotions or sunscreen contamination. Your reservation also includes access to a full service concierge that can assist you with airport transportation, private chef services, massage and wellness services, tours and excursions, ATVs and scooter rentals, beach club reservations, and much more. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire property with this listing. Private casitas are available for rent in low season by request. The main entry door has remote access via a smart lock and all casitas have separate access keys to be proved upon check in. Other things to note The property is surrounded by jungle, and is gated off. It is very quiet in the jungle, and noise carries so be aware of your noise levels so that others may enjoy the tranquility. It is important to note that being immersed in nature and the jungle, there are at time little animals and insects present such as small salamanders, birds, squirrels, etc. The jungle has very limited service. I suggest you put on a map to the property when you have wifi and leave this map on. If you lose the map, it is hard to regain wifi. Make all arrangements with management prior to leaving wifi areas. There are plenty of convenience options nearby and getting to the Zona Hotelera or El Centro takes 10-12 minutes on moto / car. (I would NOT advise depending on walking if you stay here. Transportation is required for getting to and from the home.)
