The Elena Holiday Home is ideal for those who want to stay in Rome in a strategic location, a stone's throw from the Garbatella district, in a central area from which you can easily reach, by public transport, all the main places of the city as it is 100 meters from the metro stop (Garbatella) line B. The apartment is on the second floor of a refined condominium, with an elevator. The space The apartment has been recently renovated and consists of two large bedrooms with 40-inch smart TV and balcony to comfortably accommodate up to five people with the possibility of adding the sixth place on the sofa bed for a child of up to twelve years in the spacious living room. In addition, in the living room there is a dining area with a table for eating, a relaxation area with a sofa where you can rest and a large kitchenette equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher, kettle, electric oven and microwave and finally an espresso machine that will facilitate your stay in the apartment. In the house there is only one bathroom but it is very functional and comfortable with two sinks integrated into a cabinet with drawers, two mirrors, a large shower with glass enclosure and the washing machine. This area of the house, very spacious and equipped with a large window, is complete with everything you need for total well-being and personal care to start a pleasant stay. The two balconies are ideal for relaxing, sunbathing and hanging out the laundry. The use of Wi-Fi and the two safes, one per room, is free.
