Bamboo Terrace: Swim, play pool, darts-Staycation!

Staycation in the heart of DFW! Literally close to every attraction, or stay in to swim, lay out, shoot some pool, throw darts, or enjoy the TV and wifi. With 2 masters (one w/ a king and one w/ a queen) plus a bunk room w/ 2 twin beds over 2 full beds, and 3 total bathrooms, an open concept, a garage game room, and a huge backyard with a pool, there is room for everyone. Easy highway access takes you to the airport, Ft Worth, Dallas, Grapevine, or Arlington in minutes. Here you have it all! The space We tried to think of everything to make this a great staycation! Not only that, all the attractions that DFW has to offer are close by. With two master bedrooms plus the bunk room, we envision two rooms for parents with all the kids having a slumber party together. And since each room has its own bathroom, it's like having 3 hotel rooms plus the living room, dining room, kitchen and gameroom! Oh, and don't forget the pool! Guest access Guests will have the entire house and yard to themselves. Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT: Both the host family and the housekeeper have severe allergies. We have a very strict rule that no animals are allowed. Please respect our space! This home includes WiFi FiOS throughout (password provided in home). There are 3 tvs -- one in the living room, one in the master, and one in the queen room. There's also a computer desk in the living room. POOL: The pool is open from early March or so to mid-October or so (it depends on what kind of weather we're having). It is covered during the winter months, and it is not heated. The pool is serviced professionally every Monday and Friday. Guests will be asked to vacate the pool during cleaning. In-between pool service, a pool net is available to scoop out leaves and debris that blows into the pool. This is a residential pool; there is not a daily cleaning service for it. Also, there is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. We provide one set of towels (pool towel, bath towel, hand towel, washcloth) per guest per stay. There is a complimentary washer/dryer at the house for you to refresh your towels as needed. Mattresses are memory foam. Some are memory foam with gel. Coffee/tea/sugar/creamer are provided for your first day. The coffee maker uses K-cups, but it also has a cup to hold grounds. Toiletries and Paper Supplies: We provide toilet paper in each bathroom, as well as a starter roll of paper towels in the kitchen. For longer stays, you'll want to bring in additional stock. Hand soap is at each sink, as well as dish soap and dishwasher packets in the kitchen. Laundry soap is not provided unless a previous guest passes it on. Pest control: We have a pest control service that treats the property every 3 months. They will re-treat the house as needed in-between regularly scheduled services. However, since we do not live in the house, we only know if there is need if you tell us! We appreciate a private comment so that we can get it scheduled as needed. We love hosting our airbnb homes!
