Centrally located just 15 min from town (North Sydney), 15 min from the Englishtown Ferry, and 20 min from the start of the Cabot Trail. Get to Ingonish in only an hour, or get to the World Famous Cabot Cliffs/Links in Inverness in 90 min. Plenty of beautiful views, great restaurants, great spots for hiking, fishing, swimming, boating etc. within the immediate area, and just 5 min from Groves Point Beach Provincial Park. The space Nice house with the feel of a cabin, very high ceilings and plenty of exposed wood. The pictures don’t do justice to the view out back. Hope you enjoy! Guest access Whole main and upper floors are available, as well as the patio downstairs on the lower level, but the lower level rooms are locked and unavailable for storage. Other things to note 1. There is a binder in the kitchen with notes explaining anything you’ll need to know about the use and function of the property. 2. There is notes explaining the operation of the patio door as it can be somewhat confusing. The door shouldn’t be closed if anyone is on the deck, use the screen door only when the deck is in use. 3.
