This room can be kept warm or cool with a heat pump. As you ascend to the second floor, a delightful living space, a thoughtfully equipped kitchen, and a charming dining area invite you. Step out onto the captivating north-facing balcony, where you can enjoy a morning coffee. On the 3rd floor, a dedicated study/office space awaits, perfectly suited for your professional tasks. There is a separate third toilet and another tiled bathroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a spacious Queen bed, with the finest hotel-quality linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay. The washer/dryer combo is located in a cupboard in the kitchen, laundry powder is provided. Located a short walk to Riverside Market's and The Terraces, you are able to enjoy all the city has to offer within a leisurely stroll. Other things to note Upper floors are accessible via stairs only. Your group will have complete access to this entire property during your stay. The host does not live on site. Easy to use electronic keypad to enter the property. Street parking only - located outside on the street - no allocated parks. There are plenty of pay parks nearby as well as the Lichfield St parking building. Please note parking in any reserved carparks next to Lava Lane may result in carparking fines or being towed at your own expense. There are also cameras in place for enforcement City Sounds – This townhouse is located in a vibrant city setting, close to roads and intersections, so you'll hear the typical sounds of city life—like people walking by, cars passing, and the occasional siren. Closing the windows helps create a much quieter indoor space, and for light sleepers, we recommend bringing along earplugs just in case.
