In the summer it is a great location, it is very peaceful and pleasant for sleeping, the beach is at only 10 min by foot, and Budva is on 5-10 minutes by the car. There is free street parking or paid parking option (10 eur per day) Other things to note There is construction site across the street so there can be potential noise in the periods out of tourist season (between October and June) The gym is private and the mohtly fee costs 50€ per person
