The space This clean and comfortable accommodation is spread out in a 30’x40’ building that is an open living space. There is plenty of room for families to gather or let kids run. Hunters and cross-country travelers have plenty of open space for gear and pets. There is a front yard & small, covered patio area out front for enjoying the peaceful downtown vibes of Lincoln, KS. Guest access The entire space is all yours! Parking is available in the small driveway or the street. Feel free to enjoy the front and side yards! Other things to note Please respect the neighbors by avoiding late night parties or loud music. Pets are allowed but we kindly request to follow these rules: -No Pets on furniture or beds -Must be crated if they are left in the home alone, they should be supervised while outside and any waste must be picked up and disposed of (we provide baggies).
