After entering via the front door, to the right you’ll be welcomed into a spacious living room. Perfect for socialising and relaxing with your loved ones, this space is both comfortable and sophisticated. Shaker in style, the ivory white kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware so you can really make the most of your self-catering stay. Sharing the space is the dining area which includes a large wooden table and four dining chairs. A wet room can be found just off from the kitchen. Here you’ll find a shower, wash basin and WC for your convenience. Both bedrooms at Sunbeam House can be found on the first floor. Both featuring double beds, each bedroom boasts premium bed linens and plush bedding to ensure you have the best night’s sleep. Modern and clean, the upstairs family bathroom has a freestanding bathtub, handheld shower, WC and basin. Outside you'll find a front garden and a spacious back yard which is accessible from the kitchen/diner. Garden furniture is provided so you can really make the most of the outdoor space on offer at Sunbeam House. Guest access Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Sunbeam House are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay. Free on-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis. A maximum of two well-behaved dogs are welcome at Sunbeam House per reservation.
