Walk across the road with our beach kit in hand and you'll find yourself on a patrolled beach for a day of sun, surf and salty hair. Conveniently located in the heart of Mermaid Beach, 15mins walk to Broadbeach, the Casino and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. The space The fully renovated unit is located on the mid level of a quiet 3 story walk up. It is self-contained with a galley kitchen, combined bathroom, toilet, laundry fitted with a washer and dryer. The open plan dining, lounge room & balcony with unobstructed ocean views make it the perfect place to connect and unwind. Our space is best suited to couples and small families with kids that don’t mind sharing a bed. The main bedroom has a king size bed, built in wardrobes and those magnificent ocean views. The second bedroom contains a queen bed and built in wardrobe. The lounge room contains a comfy couch where you can sit back and watch your favourite TV, Netflix or Foxtel show on a big screen TV. The unit is fitted with a split system air-conditioning unit in the main living area to ensure all year-round comfort. Added conveniences include WiFi, basic stocked pantry, a parking space on premise (strictly 1 allocated carpark space, parking height 1.8m). The carpark can be challenging to enter & exit but there is a public carpark conveniently located across the road for people with bigger cars or not confident in parking. Head to the patrolled beach directly across the street with our beach kit in hand (includes 2 beach chairs, large beach umbrella, beach bag, beach towels & esky). The unit is not fitted with a dish washer. Points of Interest: Mermaid SLSC & patrolled beach at your doorstep, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Broadbeach Mall & shopping precinct 15min walk or 5min drive. There are 2 options for coffee, breakfast or lunch right at your doorstep and an array of restaurants & bars a short stroll from the unit. Airport Access: The property is located a 30-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport & 70-minute drive from Brisbane Airport. There is a bus available from Gold Coast Airport and train & light rail from Brisbane Airport. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself. Please make yourself at home! Other things to note Please read and respect the house rules. This building is a small complex of 18 units and not a party unit. It's the perfect escape for a relaxing stay away. Before your arrival we will share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances and anything else you may need to know. Baggage storage is not available at this location. Early check-in: We will proactively inform you the day of your check-in in the morning if early check-in is available. We are unable to confirm early check-in before this time. Late check-out: Currently we do not allow late check-outs. The latest check-out is at 10AM. Please feel free to book an additional night if you need to leave later than 10AM. Lost keys: There is a fee of $25 / key for lost keys.
