House offers two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, private study with two desks/chairs, updated kitchen, large living room, full laundry room, covered front porch with seating and back deck with seating, bbq and big back yard. Place also has a 40" TV in each bedroom and a 65" with surround bar in Living room plus fast secured wireless internet. Place equipped with all linens, towels, kitchen supplies and bathroom needs. This two story house is located off Route 14 / Clemens Center Pkwy in Elmira. Beautiful and comfy atmosphere throughout. Place equipped with iron & ironing board, hangers, bathroom supplies (shampoo, cond, soap dispenser, towels, hand towels, wash clothes, lotion, tissue, hairdryers) & kitchen items including dishes, silverware, cups, mugs, wine glasses, pots, pans, strainer, blender, mixer, toaster, toaster oven, cork screw, bottle opener, can opener, coffee maker and keurig to help make your stay comfortable (some kcups, reg ground coffee, tea bags, and hot cocoa ind servings too!). All linens, blankets, pillows and extras are also provided. Bed and pillow cases have an extra protective cover. NO KEY needed with keyless electronic doorpad so can “check-in” anytime. Your unique entry code for your stay will be valid at 3pm on check in day until noon check out day. It will be messaged to you prior to check in day but not activated until that day. Simply enter one digit at a time on the digit-pad located above the doorknob of front door and the green light will appear and will hear latch open. This allows you to come and go as you please during stay and “check-in” anytime since you won't need any actual key. After each “check-out” that code is deleted and not used again. I like the security of only one code activated at a time so no one else has access during your stay. Door also has motel style swing bar door latch for added comfort and security. NO Pets, carpeted space, allergies to dander. NO Local guest reservations, not intended as a local rental unit, must reside at least 80 miles out to reserve. Entire place is for guests. Full access to all of house, yard and driveway. No key needed, locks simply require a code you will be sent before your stay. Simply enter in keyless door pad above the door knob on front door or driveway door. Only one code is active at a time so only you have access to place during your reservation.
