Forget your worries in this serene & comfortable apartment, 800 m from the beach & 900 m from the start of the Glénan Islands. It is conveniently located in Bénodet, in a pleasant, quiet and relaxing cul-de-sac environment while being close to many amenities. Very wide choice of activities on foot or by bike in the seaside resort of Bénodet and the Breton Riviera. No need to have a vehicle. Very rich cultural and musical activities in summer within a 15/20-minute drive. The space Most recently thermally insulated, it is located upstairs and occupies the entire level. It consists of a large kitchen with small space for lunch, 3 large bedrooms, a living/dining room with a large table for 8 people (extender for 10 people) and a shower room. Facing west, it gives the feeling of a terrace in the evening with open windows. Also access to a shared backyard with lawn (about 25 m²) but does not have a terrace or other direct outdoor access. IMPORTANT NOTE: Following some recent feedback from guests who did not take into account our house rules regarding respect for quiet hours and noise, it is recalled that this accommodation is not an isolated house in the countryside but an apartment in the city center on the floor with neighbors in the apartments of the ground floor & very close to the surroundings. Sleeping arrangements: Note: linens (sheets & towels) optional. > Bedroom 1 with 160x190 bed + 240x220 duvet + pillows/shelf furniture. > Bedroom 2 with 140x190 bed + 240x220 duvet + pillows with a built-in closet + office space. > Bedroom 3 with 1 double bed 140x190 + duvet 240x220 + pillows & 2 single beds 90x190 (pull-out beds) + 2 duvets 140x190 + pillows with a built-in closet. > Living room with 1 bed and: - a sofa bed 120x190 + duvet 200x200 + 1 pillow > Mobile extra bed 80x190 for a child/teen or 1 person not too big (to avoid using the sofa). > Refurbished bathroom with 2 showers with a space to change out of sight. Each shower is large enough for a parent with their child. Each area is completely separate allowing less waiting given the capacity of the accommodation. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. Stick vacuum cleaner. > Not being hotel professionals, for the sake of managing our 4 apartments (many beds), my husband and I have chosen not to include linens (sheets and towels). However, they can be provided on request, at an additional cost, either only the sheets (price/bed), or only the towels (price/person) or all of them. > The same goes for the cleaning service, being only 2 of us, it was technically not possible for us to manage the entire cleaning of our 4 apartments at the same time without having to resort to a concierge service which would increase the price of the stay. However, this service can be provided at an additional cost on request for those who wish to do so (such as early departures due to a long journey). Cleaning supplies are available on-site.
