My husband and I built our dream home in 2019. We are a family of 4 with 2 precious little boys. When I was younger my parents always rented their house out for the race and I’m excited to be doing the same!! This 2,500 sq ft new construction home is located just 6 miles from Bristol Motor Speedway. Master bedroom has attached bath with large walk in shower and beautiful soaking tub with a tv mounted on wall. Our home has many extra features including a hot tub, gas fire pit, outside TV located on patio, fans and smart TVs in all rooms, large sectional in living room, etc... The 4th bedroom is our office/game room that will be turned into a bedroom. It will have a full size bed. This room also has not 1 but 2 - 55” smart TVs. The large sectional couch is so comfy and great for sleeping. You can sleep 2-3 people on it comfortably. It could sleep 10+ People if sharing beds/rooms. The location is beautiful and safe!
