Located just a short walk or ride from Green Valley Park, lakes with fishing, museums, and Main Street, there is lots to see nearby! The space Game room & movie theater includes foosball, shuffleboard with "bowling pins", multi-arcade game with Joust, Rampage, Defender, Paperboy, all of the Mortal Kombats and more! 75-inch Roku TV with surround sound and LED back-lighting, extra HDMI cable included to plug in your own gaming console. Two gaming chairs, 4 recliners. Cozy beds include queen sleeper sofa, queen bed in 2nd bedroom, king bed in master bedroom. Full kitchen with all appliances, Keurig coffee maker (coffee not provided), and all essential cooking utensils and cookware. Wine glasses (plastic) and wine bottle openers. Charcoal grill (charcoal, lighter/matches and lighter fluid not provided) Firepit (firewood and lighter not provided) The next door unit is also available to rent for larger groups of up to 10. Pet House Rules: Guests must make us aware of any pets or assistive animals at the time of your reservation. 2 pets max per stay. Owner reserves the right to refuse certain animals or breeds and we will generally only allow dogs. No cats are allowed. Pets are additional charge of $15 per animal per night. AirBnB will charge the minimum pet fee of $30 when you book. We will request the additional pet fee to be paid upon check in through AirBnB's system. Pets are not allowed on beds or any provided blankets or sheets. There will be an extra cleaning charge of $100 if there is pet hair on the bedding or excessive pet hair in other areas of the home. Additional charges may occur if the home is damaged or soiled by pets. Please note that the property does not have a doggy door or fenced yard.
