Welcome to our private studio guest suite located on a quiet street near Saratoga Beach. The bright and open studio sleeps up to 3 people on a comfortable King size bed and small futon. It is a short walk to Saratoga Beach and Oyster River and a 30 minute drive to Mt. Washington. The large entrance room provides in-suite laundry and space to store beach or ski gear. Our suite is an excellent choice for those looking for comfortable and affordable accommodation in this beautiful area. The space Our studio guest suite is attached to the side of our rancher home. It has high ceilings and is bright and open. There is available parking for one vehicle in front of the suite. The suite has a full kitchen including a stove with an oven, a fridge with a freezer, and is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. The suite is accessed through a large mudroom with a washer and dryer for guest use. Although we have some belongings stored in here we do not access this area during short terms stays (7 nights or less) so this is a private area as well. If stays are long term we provide notice if we have to access this area. Please note, we have young children and a senior dog who you may hear occasionally during daytime hours (8am - 8pm). As the suite is attached to our rancher home you will not hear noise or footsteps above you. Other things to note Due to the rural area of our home we are on a septic system so it is important that guests follow instructions provided in our guest book and signs in the guest suite.
