We especially appreciated that each room had an attached bathroom! There was something for everyone in our family to enjoy and we didn’t even need to leave the cabin but we did go enjoy a hike and some crystal hunting at Beavers Bend State Park. A $300 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution. The deposit will be processed through an Airbnb-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the Airbnb platform, including email and messaging. ✱If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the “actual security hold” will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay. You will be required to sign a rental agreement. For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound. We do not permit the following at any time: No Pets, No Smoking or Vaping of any kind, No Fireworks Permitted, No Parties! Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted, and we need to be informed in advance if you plan to have any of the above events at our property. Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay. Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens. Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups. We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out. The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1. Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice. 🍂 Seasonal Wasp Notice (Fall & Early Spring) During late fall through early spring, harmless hibernating wasps may occasionally appear near windows or high ceilings as they seek warmth during temperature changes. This is a natural, area-wide seasonal occurrence in Broken Bow, and they are slow, non-aggressive, and completely safe. We professionally treat and seal our cabins regularly, but a few may still slip in when doors open. If you do see some, simply ignore or gently remove it—they naturally die off within a day or two. Generally, they won't bother you much, but we kindly ask you to keep the cabin doors and windows shut to prevent them from entering. Just a heads-up: there's wasp spray conveniently located under the kitchen sink in case you need it, but do not spray over the furniture! Stay buzz-free and enjoy your time in the cabin!! Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit. Guest access Guests will receive a key code prior to arrival to enter the cabin. This keycode is changed after every guest for your safety.
