Center, 11 miles from Churchill Downs, and one mile from historic downtown New Albany, Indiana where you will find shops, distilleries, restaurants, and the New Albany Riverfront Amphitheater. The space Welcome to the Gentry! Offering modern amenities and design, this 1920's charming home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a third bedroom designed for traveling families. The home comfortably sleeps five people with a king bed, two queen beds, and a luxury twin air mattress. The kids' room includes a pack-and-play with a blackout cover, blackout curtains, chic pink plush sofa, toddler bed, children's books, toys, baby monitor, Boppy, and a kids’ table with chairs. We have also furnished the home with a baby gate, plug covers, baby carrier, high chair, and baby feeding essentials to make traveling with little ones a breeze! It’s a two story home with a full size laundry room and bathroom located downstairs. We have three HDTVs for guests, one is located in the upstairs master bedroom, another in the second bedroom and the other one is located downstairs in the living room. Help yourself to the coffee, tea and popcorn provided! In the bathrooms you will find body wash for adults and babies, shampoo, and conditioner. The backyard offers a full privacy fence with a charcoal BBQ and hammock. The front and back porches have seating to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets! Guest access Guests have access to the living spaces detailed in the listing and backyard. Guests should not enter the attic or basement for any reason during their stay. The space below the staircase is locked for safety purposes for families traveling with children. Other things to note We have a Ring doorbell camera on the front porch. There are no other cameras on the property. On-street parking is available for free. We do not allow smoking, vaping, or pets on the property. Both inside and outside.
